Logo Design Procedure- How Our Logo Designing Process Works From Start To Finish

Step 1-

Cleanoutlook.com offers affordable Logo Designing solutions exclusively for the cleaning industry businesses. You can start by completing our logo designing order form. Give your designer as much information as you'd like by filling out your creative ideas form. We don't just create cleaning company logos-they are our specialty.

When we receive your logo form we will register your email in our online Customer Service Center where we will present your designs for your critiquing. You will receive emails from webmaster [at] cleanoutlook.com and customerservice [at] cleanoutlook.com. You can add both email addresses to your address book, otherwise be sure to check your spam folder. The email will contain your username, password along with a link to your logo thread. When you receive that email we require that you login and confirm your request.

When you select our graphic designers to create your company image- you have a say throughout the entire process. Put quite simply, you are the BOSS!

Confirmation Required!

Step 2-

To be sure everything is all set for you to be able to communicate with our artists please login- leave a brief message. This will confirm your logo design request. As soon as we receive your confirmation our designing team will promptly begin creating your logo concepts based on the information you provide.

It is imperative that we receive your confirmation- Failure to confirm your request may result in our graphic artists not drawing your concepts, therefore if you are serious about your request please be sure to confirm.

Please allow up to three days for our artists to create and design logo concepts meeting your specified requirements. Again, you will receive an email notification informing you each time we upload logo concepts/mockups as well as any messages left for you.

If you are not happy with any of the presented concepts, we will provide you with a redraw session with a new set of concepts. All of our logo design packages come with completely free unlimited revisions to size, shape, color, font and placement of the different elements of any and all of your logo concepts. We'll keep revising your concepts until YOU are completely satisfied!

Logo Design review stage

Step 3-

You will receive anywhere from three to eight logo design concepts to choose from!
We develop unique to you logo concepts for your consideration and present to you in your individual logo thread in our online Customer Service Center. If we're almost there, but you'd like us to make some revisions, you can even choose elements from one logo concept and blend them with elements of another logo concept. We'll do that and present the new design, usually within one or two business days.

If you love any one of the logos the way it is, skip to Step 5.

We furnish 'unlimited redraws and adjustments' upon your request until we fit you with the perfect logo for your cleaning or janitorial company.

Logo Design feedback and request any changes

Step 4-

Once you choose an initial logo concept, we'll ask you to supply your revision feedback instructing our designers what changes you want to make to your logo.
You can even choose elements from one logo concept and blend them with elements of another logo concept. We make all the changes you require until your logo is exactly what you want. Your revision helps our designers apply their expertise to your vision. Be sure to be specific within your comments to help our designers best enhance and portray your vision for your logo. Always feel free to express any/all dislikes as well. This information is very helpful to your designer.

If you are not happy with any of the presented concepts, we will provide you with a redraw session with a new set of concepts. All of our logo design packages come with completely free unlimited revisions to size, shape, color, font and placement of the different elements of any and all of your logo concepts. We'll keep revising your concepts until YOU are completely satisfied!

You'll see revisions of the logo you selected one business day, and in some cases your designer may require two business days after you submit your revision request.

Payment will be required When YOU Are Satisfied

Please allow 3 days from payment for delivery of your final logo package. If you pay by check or echeck your logo package will be sent only after funds clear.

Finalizing Your New Company Logo Design

Step 5-

When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction and you finalized your logo design, you can submit your payment only for Logo Design Package #1 here.

Only one finished logo is included per package. If you'd like the files for more than one logo designed concept we are more than happy to create all of the above file formats for an admin fee of $75.00 per additional logo design to cover the time required.

Should you decide to choose Logo Design Package Two, or Logo Package Three, you will be asked for stationery design and business card designing information. Your stationery design consists of two business cards, letterhead, and matching #10 envelope design versions. The layouts will be viewed and displayed in your private workroom in our online Customer Service Center and unlimited changes will be applied to your business card and stationary design mockups.

After payment has been received our system should automatically email you our 5 page website design form.

For our logo design package #3 you will also be required to complete our 5 page web site designing form. Within three business days you will receive up to three website design mockups. Your web site layouts will be viewed and displayed in your private workroom in our online Customer Service Center and unlimited changes will be applied to your website design mockups....

Delivery of your logo package

When you feel completely satisfied with the final design, we will ask for your approval and send you your logo design package two via email with downloading instructions with the included files: JPEG, GIF, PNG-24, BMP, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, in RGB & CMYK colors along with a short manual entitled "Read Me.txt". You will receive your business card, envelope, and letterhead layout designs in PSD, PDF, & JPG in RGB and CMYK colors.

Logo Design Package #1 Files-

Your NEW company logo will be delivered in various digital formats so that you can print it, send it to the shirt shop or use it in web banners.

Your final logo design package delivered contains; TIF, PDF, BMP, PNG, GIF, and PSD files- No need to search for fonts- we even include all fonts used in your logo image! Delivered in downloadable zip file.

Logo Design Package #2 Files-

Your logo will be delivered in; JPEG, GIF, PNG-24, BMP, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, in RGB & CMYK colors along with a short manual entitled "Read Me.txt". You will receive your business card, envelope, and letterhead designs in PSD, PDF, & JPG in RGB and CMYK colors. You will also receive Stationery files are also created for use with Microsoft Word. No need to search for fonts- we even include all fonts used in your logo image! Delivered in downloadable zip file.

Logo Design Package #3 Files-

Our Logo Design Package Three includes unique to you 5 page website, domain name, one year FREE web site hosting, business card design and company stationery for your company logo. Logo Design Package Three will contain your logo in all file formats JPEG, GIF, PNG-24, BMP, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, in RGB & CMYK colors along with a short manual entitled "Read Me.txt".

You will receive your business card, envelope, and letterhead layout designs in PSD, PDF, & JPG in RGB and CMYK colors. We even include fonts! no need to search nor purchase fonts Your files will be delivered in downloadable zip file.
